2. Alu - 2
3. Tamarind juice ( ତେନ୍ତୁଳି ରସ )
4. Kakudi
5. Tomato
6. Onion
7. Coriander leaves
8. Chopped green chilli
9. Cumin powder
10. Lemon juice
11. chilli flakes
12. Ginger
13. Black salt
14. Salt to taste
