Ninja Slushi Cleaning Issue, received new vessel, same issue..

We love our Ninja Slushi, but after receiving our replacement vessel it seems like the issue I was concerned about in our review isn't a defect after all and most likely a design flaw.

The problem with this is liquid getting stuck inside of the tight plastic fitting at the end of one side of the vessel. Even cleaning water gets trapped inside this area.

I've reached out to Ninja as have many others.. I'm still waiting to hear back a week later and was told I'd hear back within 24-48 hours at the time of my call.

The thing is, Ninja Kitchen makes incredible products and I DO think they will fix this.. Will they fix the vessel issue? I hope. If not, I'll be returning and waiting for a Ninja Slushi 2.0!
