i’ve been wanting to make a video on this for ages, can’t believe there isn’t already one out there! serial experiments lain is one of my favorite animes and lain is my favorite autistic hc :) also! i address this in the video, but if you’re going to comment something about how “lain is a computer program so all of this speculation is futile” you’re wasting your time. lain is a fictional character and this is a headcanon. my lavish credentials include having watched lain 4 times, being autistic myself, and being in the 3rd year of my psych degree :P
