Chutneys are an essential part of an Indian household and there are many variants of it that go along with every dish, one such variant is the spicy and tangy tomato chutney.this chutney pairs extremely well with roti , paratha and poori . you can also serve it with thepla.

આજે આપણે બનાવીશું મિક્સરનો ઉપયોગ કર્યા વગર સરસ ટેસ્ટી ટામેટા ની ચટણી . આ ચટણી એટલી ટેસ્ટી બને છે કે તમે આને શાકની બદલે પણ ખાઈ શકો છો આને તમે રોટલી , પરોઠા, પુરી કે થેપલા ગમે તેની સાથે સર્વ કરી શકો છો સાથે જ તમે આને બનાવીને સ્ટોર પણ કરી શકો છો .



Ingredients & Written Recipe :
2 Tomatoes
2 Green chillies
2 tsp Pure ghee
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Dhaniya powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp Sugar or Jaggery
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
