Paper Attempting Techniques | Waqas Masud Ch. (CSS Topper in Written Exams)

When one aspirant sits in the examination hall and gets the question paper, the first thing that he thinks at the time is how should I attempt my paper so that I fetch out maximum marks.

Today, we are going to answer this issue holistically.

1- Good command on Grammar and Presentation: The very first thing is good control of hand in terms of grammar and presentation. You should have practiced this in a way that you know where you will put a comma, full stop, or highlight the term or when to use markers, etc, the list will go on.

2- Use of different fact presentation techniques to support your answer: Secondly, You must present the relevant facts in different ways to support your arguments. and this can be done by adding flowcharts, graphs, or flow charts to make it easier for the checker to apprehend your answer in a single go.

3- Time Management and Balance in Answers: Then, the question arises how can we manage the time? The simple answer to this is to distribute your time equally in all your answers. In this way, there will be a balance in your answers and there won't be any inconsistency in answers.

4- Review your Paper at the end for Any Modification: Last but not least, you must spare extra time for reviewing your paper. In this way, you can do amend your answer and remove any wrong thing.

In the nutshell, if any CSS aspirant wants his/her paper to stand out among your peers then it is a must to present in such a way that the examiner found pleasure and ease in checking your answer sheet. So, you must have good control over the above-mentioned paper writing techniques. All of these paper writing techniques won't be a part of you in a single go but to practice it consistently to have a good grip on these.
