How to create fabric from paper scraps & DIY glassine

How to turn paper into fabric: ideal for recycling our scraps :)
and create new material to use for junk journal covers, slow stitching projects etc.
this method similar to the Japanese "momigami" is excellent to create faux leather and glassine paper too
