We found a hotel we like near Kings Dominion that has some nice amenities for a reasonable price. The Tru by Hilton in Ashland, Virginia is right up the road from the theme park and not much further away from Virginia's capital city of Richmond. In this video, we share our tour and review of this hotel. We'll discuss our room, the amenities, the price and all the public spaces. If you aren't local and don't want to have to drive back home after an exhaustingly fun day at the theme park, this nearby hotel is a good option for a good price.
