The Federal No Surprises Act officially went live on 1/1/2022. Last year we did a full review of CMS' final ruling, but now that it's live, it's a good idea to have a refresher since out of network claims will begin processing in the coming weeks.

We'll even review reports you can use to monitor your reimbursement.
