✊How to Human🧬 family is growing 👀

we just hosted our 12th ✊H2H🧬 event…
every week, we grow organically by a few 🕊️

this has been the most fulfilling experience of my life but also… let me be 💯% honest, it’s also been the most challenging simultaneously…
(no team, no back-end support, just me running the entire show for 12weeks for FREE! 👀…)

here’s some lessons from my experience:

1️⃣ authenticity is key
2️⃣ building trust & relationships
3️⃣ fostering inclusivity
4️⃣ staying empathic & compassionate
5️⃣ actionable insights over only ‘theory’
6️⃣ prioritise self care / recovery
7️⃣ keep an open mind without expectations
8️⃣ remain optimistic at all times
9️⃣ embrace diversity & all personality types
🔟 be of service & add massive value

it won’t be easy managing a group of strangers in one space, where nobody really knows each other or what’s happening in their lives…

but, creating a warm, positive & inclusive ‘safe space’ will teach people the value of being part of a community, whilst feeling a sense of belonging, where others actually care + look after you without being judgemental 🙏🏽

it’s still early days but I have a BIG VISION 👀 for where we’re heading… one thing is for sure, I cannot or won’t be able to do this alone 🙈

p.s - we’re having our biggest event till date, next week on Wednesday 29th January - 6:30pm - 8:30pm - in 🇬🇧London Bridge at our brand new private venue space, which a few members kindly donated to help secure! 🤍
