Jyotsna Radhakrishnan is a music composer, playback singer and a life coach. She has several hit film songs to her credit and is the voice behind the Raftaara song from Prithviraj Sukumaran`s Lucifer. She has also created her own independent music albums and "Paranne" is on her very popular tracks. She has also been on many Malayalam reality show as a Judge.
In these Interview - 2-part series Jyotsna talks about how she got diagnosed with High Masking Autism Disorder. We explore what are the difficulties she dealt with from childhood being on the Autism Disorder Spectrum. Through this Malayalam podcast we get to understand through her journey how important it is to be aware of autism disorder, the difference between Neurodivergent and Neurotypical people, why an early diagnosis would help people especially children with Autism and what are the stigmas and misconceptions regarding mental health especially. We also explore the difference between ADHD i.e. attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and autism spectrum disorder. This is a must watch episode for everyone as it shed light on several aspects on Mental health awareness. She is now a certified Life Coach, and she hopes to help others who are dealing with mental health issues.
