Police have still offered no motive for the savage attack.++A man who authorities say had a blood alcohol level six times the legal limit has been arraigned on a drunken driving charge. Stanley Kobierowski of Rhode Island----pleaded not guilty ---despite the fact that police say he had a .491 blood alcohol level. ++The 13 victims of last year's bridge collapse in Minneapolis were remembered-- at a memorial service Friday.
