Episode 8 of our new For Rent Around the World build series! I'm attempting to build a multi-unit rental lot in every world in The Sims 4 using the new For Rent expansion pack. Today I'm building in San Sequoia from the Growing Together expansion pack and creating an urban luxe low-rise retirement home for your elder Sims! There will be 6 units in total with half of them being 1 floor and the other half being 2 floors! There are tons of amenities in this retirement home so your elders can live out there best life! Hopefully your Sims can find a unit that fits their needs! I hope you enjoy this style of video and please let me know what theme I should do next!
