Teams to Case (with Power Automate)

In this episode, learn how to setup Power Automate flows and send emails from Teams to Salesforce with few simple triggers and actions.

Power Automate, is an online tool within the Microsoft 365 applications and add-ins, used for the creation of automated workflows between apps and services to synchronise files, get notifications, and collect data.

💭 What to do:
-Enable email-to-case and create a new routing address,
-Create a team with channels on Teams,
-Use channel's email address in email-to-case routing configuration,
-Ensure the channel can receive emails and verify your new routing address,
-Get Power Automate app,
-Create and configure new flow,
-Test and trigger your new actions

⚠️ Requirements:
Microsoft business account (teams and channels aren't available for personal accounts),
Email validator between Teams and Salesforce (it's not covered in the video; you may require additional IT assistance)
