We are pleased to introduce ourselves as one of the leading socio-cultural organisations based at Cuttack City for the last 25 years. DYCA was formulated with the exclusive intention to unearth the hidden talents in young students, specially among the Muslim community in the state of Odisha. Over the long journey, DYCA played an important role and acted as a catalyst for young talented children where their talent was showcased, recognised and rewarded. Nowhere in the state of Odisha has such a platform that provides an opportunity for young students to display their aptitude, flair, and amazing ability to make them visible. DYCA has been organising the All Odisha Youth Cultural Festival diligently every year, which has now become a popular event providing a unique platform for the students to build their confidence level in the realm of communication and personality development.

DYCA came into existence in the year 2000 with a very humble beginning. Today the organisation has improved and has reached an elevated level of excellence in organising Essay, Debate, Quiz & Reality shows among students from both school and college levels. DYCA has also formulated to hold workshops on different pertinent issues which are needed to be highlighted.

We take this opportunity to inform your good self that like the previous year this year too DYCA is going to organise a three-day State Level Socio-Cultural Youth Festival at Tatar khan housing complex ground, Dewan Bazar, Cuttack on 26th, 27th, 28th & 29th of December, 2024.
