Tour : How to Manage Notifications
1. Click on your Team name
2. Click on Workspace settings
3. Click on Account & Profile
4. Go to Notifications section
5. Click on switch back to the default settings
and you can restore your default settings
6. Click on the following options you can manage notifications
7. Here you can manage desktop notification
by selecting one of the option
8. Click on Sound:
And you can select different notification sound
9. You can also select this option when you are using slack through phone
10. You can select this option of notification when you are not active
It will send you message after a period of time that you set
11. Click on Channel-Specific Notifications
You can also get notification according to a particular channel
12. Click on expand
And Email Preferences Slack will send email notifications when you’re away so you don’t miss a beat
13. My Keywords
This option notify you, when someone uses one of your keywords
14. Marking Messages as Read
By default, Slack marks messages as read as soon as you view the channel or DM
15. Threads
By default, threads follow the notification settings of the channel
