My morning routine consisted of meditating, working out, taking cold showers and fasting every single day for a year, and this is what I learned through doing it. Most people decide to take upon these challenges for just 30 days, I think 365 sounds a lot more appropriate.

I know you've seen these Youtube video titles: "I meditated for 30 days, HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED" or "I took cold showers for a week, YOU WONT BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED NEXT!!!" , but I decided that an entire year is a lot more appropriate and challenging, so I thought and give it a go and turn it into my morning routine. I think with a lot of that we've been through in 2020, one of the most important things that I've taken away is to take care of our mental and physical health, so that was my goal. To push myself out of my comfort zone every single morning and continue to learn and grow as an individual while taking care of my body and mind. Meditating, doing home workouts, taking cold showers and fasting are all FREE methods that you can use to improve your mental and physical health. FREEE!! Did you hear that?! Next time you need a boost of energy or you find yourself being anxious, nervous, depressed and or overthinking, instead of reaching for that cup of coffee, watch this video and give these simple practices a go.
