Saturday August 06,2016: I have added the video again with the audio in sync. I encourage viewers to download a copy from YouTube themselves as I am concerned about videos being removed that should be in the "Public Domain" for educational purposes.

The Audio is a bit out of sync. I may upload another video in the near future to rectify the technical issue. Nonetheless, the intention of this video is for historical preservation.(stated prior to another version of the video being uploaded)
