Crispy Chakli in 15 mins | भुना चना दाल चावल चकली | Instant Chakli | Dal Rice Chakli | Diwali Faral

Ingredients:
1 cup Roasted/Puffed Chana Dal/gram dal/Futane/Bhuna Chana
2 cup rice flour
2 - 4 tspn Coriander powder
1 - 2 tspn Cumin powder
2 - 3 tspn Red chilly powder
(You can increase or decrease the quantity as per you spice preference)
1 tbspn sesame seeds/til
1/2 tspn ajwain/carom seeds
1/4 tspn hing/asafoetida
1 tspn oil
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
Water 2 cups + 1/2 cup


Measurement for 1 kg rice atta chakli:
1 kg chaval atta/rice flour in cups it is 8 cups
1/2 kg roasted chana dal/bhuna dal/futane in cups it is 4 cups
Oil 4 teaspoon
Total Water required 10 cups
(8 cups for boiling + 2 cups hot water extra needed later for kneading dough)
Sesame seeds/til 4 - 5 tablespoon
Ajwain/ova/carom seeds 2 tspn
Red chilli powder 10 - 12 teaspoon depending on ur spice preference
Salt as per taste
Hing/asafoetida 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder 4 - 5 teaspoon
Coriander powder 7 - 8 teaspoon
Oil for deep frying
