e: Apparently this was found via data mining in December and I didn't know, my bad. Turns out ice is required and honey is the filler!
It was pretty neat to find this out of the blue. Ceviche is apparently a seafood dish with citrus juices popular in the coastal regions of Latin America. Restores 25 hunger / 5 sanity / 20 health.
