Caramelized Onion paratha
We saw a lot of caramelized onion pasta, caramelized onion noodle recipes, so I thought I would like to add a caramelized Onion paratha (stuffed flat-bread) to the trend. It is DELICIOUS and hella addictive!

Serves: 6 Caramelized onion flat-breads
Ingredients:
4-5 large onions, sliced thin, lengthwise
1 tbsp oil/vegan butter
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt (or, to your taste)
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp red chili powder or paprika
1/2 tsp roasted ground cumin
