No and low abv cocktails are a growing trend in the industry. Reports say that upwards of 58% of people that currently consume alcohol are trying to cut back or stop completely. We’re seeing no and low abv cocktails pop up on menus in craft cocktail bars, some even including full sections. However, aside from a few bars, no and low abv tiki cocktails don’t seem to be getting a lot of love, so I figured I’d try and change that.
