Regulation of glycogen metabolism - This lecture explains about how the glycogen metabolism is regulated in cell with Hormones like insulin and glucagon and epinephrine. Here we will see the mechanism of insulin in controlling the blood glucose level by converting blood glucose into glycogen and store in the liver and it also states how glucagon secretion helps in the degradation of the glycogen into glucose so that energy can be produced from it.
