Adam welcomes Doug Stanhope to the show as he discusses his new movie, ‘The Road Dog’ and what it was like being sober while playing a drunk. Doug shares a wild story from when he was recently on stage with Dr. Drew at Skankfest in Vegas, that involved hallucinogenic mushrooms, and urine. Amidst more talk of booze and urine, Chris shares some news that the Biden administration is waiving 26 Federal laws to allow border wall construction. Also, a women’s tech conference was overrun by men claiming to be ‘non-binary’.
Next Adam welcomes filmmaker Chris Robert Riegel to discuss his new contemporary companion piece to Charles Dickens’ work, with a new film titled, ‘Expectations’. Mr. Riegel also grew up an orphan as he discusses his inspirations for making this film. He and Adam discuss skills their parents either purposefully or inadvertently taught them.
