Sas 4 - If only Killing Spree was that Insane..

So in this sas4 Video I decided to modify Killing spree (Assault Skill) and make it really strong against literally everything! The effect lasts for about 7 Minutes which would be insane to have in the main game! What do you think about this skill, do you think it should get nerfed or is it already perfect?
