In this video we examine the hand (dynamic) and foot (static) brake systems on a Thule Urban Glide (the model in this video is the double version, first generation, but the process is identical on the single version, and nearly identical on the second generation). We demonstrate how to lubricate both brake systems (which should be done as a regular part of maintenance) as well as the various ways one can adjust the dynamic brake system in order to improve its performance or fix problems with either or both rear wheels.
