Learn some of the Welsh language with Anna from North Wales as her and husband Alf visit FAIRY GLEN ( FFOS ANODDUN in Welsh ) to enjoy an adventure to the most enchanting place in Gwydir Forest which is an enchanting river gorge on the RIVER CONWY in NORTH WALES UK.

FAIRY GLEN is a magical spot tucked away in the heart of SNOWDONIA NATIONAL PARK .

BUT NOWHERE ONLINE could we find out what Anna & Alf found out from the land owner of FAIRY GLEN ...... that it was named by QUEEN VICTORIA when she passed through here while on her way to IRELAND ( on THE OLD ORIGINAL ROMAN ROAD which is right next to FAIRY GLEN ).
QUEEN VICTORIA named it FAIRY GLEN because she thought it was a magical mystical place where she used to stop off for tea at a house ( that did refreshments at that time and still has remains of the chimney and some bricks today ) and spend time at the beautiful river gorge.

In todays Welsh lesson we learn how to say

River
River Gorge
Tree
Grass
Water
Leaves
Chimney
Bench
Path
Signpost
Five and
On the rocks
