CSM No-Wrap Heel/Toe

This video contains detailed instructions on how to make a no-wrap toe and heel.

When I was learning to make heels and toes, I found the following image on Pintrest and was eager to try it.  I was immediately hooked!  It was very easy to do and I didn't have to keep track of "1 up, 2 down".
