UPDATE!
I did end up returning the mask for the reasons mentioned in the video and have not yet received my refund. It has now been over 60 days since they received my return but still no refund! Customer Service is not helpful just keeps telling me to be patient. I really regret this purchase! I hope this video helps you make an informed decision before buying.
