Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell back workout a try! You only need a pair of dumbbells so you can do this back workout right at home or at the gym. All experience levels can do this routine since it's about you pushing yourself to get to your next level. Progressional methods are doing more weight, doing more reps and limiting excess rest so there is always a way to get better. There are 10 exercises and you're getting as many reps as possible for 30 seconds long each with no rest in between exercises. You can use this back circuit as a 1 round finisher at the end of your back day or you can do 3-4 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds for a full volume back workout with dumbbells. Whatever works best for you to get them gains out of this world. A timer is run throughout on the screen for you to stay right on track and follow along. Let's fight that burn and chase that pump together with this intense 5 minute dumbbell back workout!

1. Kneeling Left Arm Palm Forward Upward Row - 1:45
2. Kneeling Left Arm Y Back - 2:15
3. Kneeling Left Arm Y Raise - 2:45
4. Kneeling Left Arm Deadlift - 3:15
5. Kneeling Left Arm Rear Fly Opener - 3:45
6. Kneeling Right Arm Palm Forward Upward Row - 4:15
7. Kneeling Right Arm Y Back - 4:45
8. Kneeling Right Arm Y Raise - 5:15
9. Kneeling Right Arm Deadlift - 5:45
