Super Mario Galaxy | Dolphin Emulator Streamed via Moonlight | iPhone / iPad / iOS | Nintendo Wii

Apple iPad Pro 9.7" iOS 10.2 streaming Super Mario Galaxy for Nintendo Wii from my Windows 10 PC to my iPad using the Moonlight iOS app (no jailbreak required).

There is a Dolphin port for iOS packaged together that is called GC4iOS, but it SUCKS! I tested it out, and most games don't even work. Those that do get in-game go horribly slow (I'm talking 2-3 FPS). So right now your only option for playing GameCube/Wii games on iOS is by streaming it from a powerful enough device (i.e. a computer). The Moonlight iOS app connects to a PC via NVIDIA's GeForce Experience GAMESTREAM feature.

The Dolphin emulator is officially available for Windows, Mac, Android, and Linux.

The following models should all work with streaming Dolphin (albeit some slower than others): iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5C, iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 7, and iPhone 7 Plus. As for iPads, you should be good with iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad 5 / 2017 (when a jailbreak gets released), iPad Air, iPad Air 2, iPad Mini 3, iPad Mini 4, and the iPad Pro 9.7" as well as the iPad Pro 12.9".

I am using an iPad Pro 9.7" jailbroken on iOS 10.2 with a PS3 controller using BTstack 1.1-1 and Controllers For All 1.7.4-1 (from Cydia).
