SUPPLIES
Picture Frame with at least 1-inch depth - $10
Ruler
Wood dowels - 3/16-inch recommended - $9
Sand paper
Scissor
Hot glue gun
Hot glue sticks
Plastic letters - $9
Felt $5

INSTRUCTIONS
Remove picture frame backing. Measure the width and length inside of the picture frame.
Cut 2 pieces of wood dowels to match the length and enough pieces to match the width. For the width, 4 pieces for inch will be required with 3/16-inch dowels. Sand any rough edges.
Place lenght pieces on the inside. Apply hot glue at the corners. Place width pieces on top to complete frame.
Stick each wood dowel with a ⅛-inch gap in between. Stick plastic letter onto dowels to make sure it fits.
Make sure felt is 3 times as long as the length and add a few inches for the width. Place felt over dowels and use a ruler to tuck it in between the gaps. Cut excess fabric.
*Can double layer a t-shirt instead of using felt.
Cover felt with spray adhesive.
Insert finished frame into picture frame.
