Two years before Mary Tyler Moore appeared in "The Dick Van Dyke Show", in 1959 she appeared in six episodes of the "Richard Diamond Private Detective" TV series. She was the mysterious and sexy Telephone Answering Service Girl. Her bit parts in the TV shows were uncredited, but her appearance must have helped to boost her television career.
