Installing the first 3 ton Bosch Package Unit in Las Vegas

Bosch package units are only a few hundred more than the 14 and 16 SEER package units. With the energy-saving on utilities, I expect that most people that purchase these systems will make up that difference in 1 to 2 years.

Bosch has been in the AC manufacturing business for a while now. Until a few weeks ago they only had package unit for larger 4 and 5 ton applications. We have installed a truckload of the 4/5 ton units as well as the split systems but this is the first 3 ton package we have installed in Las Vegas. They are truly an impressive leap in the comfort arena.
Bosch has always been a leader in technology. They are also widely known for manufacturing high-quality long-lasting tools and appliances. Their package heat pump air conditioners are no exception.

Though there are a few manufactures that have package units with inverter technology this is the first one that we have seen that offers the best combination of reliability, energy savings, and affordability.

This is the Bosch 18 SEER package unit install. The BRB-36HWD1N1-M18 Bosch Package unit serves a need that has been neglected by the biggest names in AC manufacturing. Now, with the availability of the 3 ton ducted inverter package we expect the demand to be very high for these units.

This unit was installed on a 1200 square foot single-story home that was built in the late 80s.
