STEP by STEP Guide

1 - I can quickly send multiple emails in Gmail by first selecting them in my Gmail inbox.
2 - To do that, I’ll move my mouse pointer to the checkbox that’s shown to the right of the emails I want to select.
3 - I’ll choose each email by clicking into the checkbox and I’ll do that for each of the emails I want to select.
4 - Once all the emails I want to attach are selected, I now need to open a new email to send them with.
5 - I can quickly do this by moving my mouse to the 3 dots icon shown to the right of the top toolbar. This indicates that there are more options behind it and clicking on it once, you’ll see a number of choices are shown.
6 - I’m going to choose the Forward as Attachment option.
7 - A new email is then opened and the emails I choose are automatically attached to it.
If these emails have any attachments of their own, these are also attached to the new email.
8 - I can now add the usual details to the email and send that off in the normal way.
