Top 5 Daily Trainers 2023

The end of year wrap up continues with my favorite running shoe category - the daily trainer. These are the shoes that I spend most of my time in throughout the year, and these are my Top 5 released in 2023.

- Dreamstrike supercritical foam
- Eva bottom layer
- Comfy upper that is too puffy but a generous toe box compared to other Adidas daily trainers

- Compression molded Eva? Feels like it might be supercritical - it’s bouncy (vs comfort cruiser)
- Really great pace versatility, from easy day to workouts

- Wear it all day or run in it all day
