The recreational Southern Bluefin Tuna fishery is still relatively new in NZ but the last few seasons has seen the popularity of Winter Game Fishing explode. Each year Anglers descend on the East Coast of the North Island to brave the short, cold winter days in search of big, hard fighting Tuna on their migration up the Coast.

We're heading East to try our luck in the modern day fishing gold rush! Join us as we search for arguably the Worlds finest eating fish, the Southern Bluefin Tuna.
