Original song is by Tetsuya Shibata and goes by name "Nevan Defeated - Thunder Blade Nevan" which is kinda boring. Since the lyrics are from "Taste The Blood" and Dante plays the guitar and sings in the original cutscene, I've decided to name GMV pretty straightforward.
