UltraView Hinge 2 - IS IT WORTH IT?

Is the NEW UltraView Hinge 2 worth the money?

In this video, I will do a deep dive on the brand new UV Hinge 2 that was released by UltraView Archery in 2022. I will talk about the changes that UltraView made to the Hinge 2 making it a fully adjustable release out of the box, which is different from the original UltraView Hinge released in 2020. I will also show you how to adjust the new UV Hinge 2 and how I set up my UV hinge 2.

Overall, the new UltraView Hinge 2 is a great release. I think Chris Bee and Kolby Hanley from UltraView Archery hit this release out of the park,. The new UV Hinge feels great in the hand and the weight of the UV Hinge 2 in Stainless-steel feels amazing. However, after shooting the Hinge 2, I am not sure if this is the right release for me. I am sure that with more shooting and becoming more comfortable with the release, I could get better at it, but at the moment, the hinge is so different than my Carter Wise Choice, that it is throwing off my anchor point, and my shot process.

If you were a previous owner of the original UltraView Hinge, I would say that this release would be well worth the upgrade. The fact that you no longer have to purchase different hooks to adjust the click and the click travel is amazing. I also think that adding the magnet to the release to get rid of the annoying rattle on the original Hinge is a game-changer for anyone wanting to hunt with the release.
