"We set up 20 years ago during the last major recession and actually it really it didn't affect us because people couldn't afford to go out maybe, or couldn't have a holiday so they were gonna treat themselves, which is why they want something that's quality and a treat."

"A lot of people are wanting to know the origin of chocolate and where the cocoa bean comes from, that kind of thing. I think good quality, natural ingredients, really value for money."

"It is very healthy. You have magnesium, you have vitamins, you have potassium... But I stress, it is very good chocolate. Not the bad chocolate. So look at the back of the pack, make sure it doesn't have substitutes or vegetable fats. Look for pure cocoa - if you have pure cocoa you have a very very good quality chocolate.

LEAD IN:
Chocolate is the order of the day at the 2008 Speciality and Fine Food Fair in London.
For the first time this year the exhibition has devoted an entire section to chocolate - often referred to as the 'food of the gods'.
Organisers say demand for the sweet is rising in the United Kingdom despite fears of the credit crunch and rising food prices.
STORYLINE:
It's a place where second helpings are a must.
The event is in its 8th year, but this is the first time chocolate has been at the top of the menu.
Humans have been enjoying chocolate from as early as 1100BC.
