Additional Notes :
Awakened Scorpion Belt will remove 100% of the HP Regen Debuff, while Scorpion Belt & Asura Belt only remove 50%.
NCWest made Awakened Oathbreaker Belt and above already can 100% of the HP Regen Debuff.
