It’s taco night - reimagined! This Taco Salad Bowl is bursting with flavor and nutrition. Made with lean ground turkey, black beans, colorful veggies, avocado, and a creamy yogurt-lime dressing, it’s the perfect balance of protein, fiber, and healthy fats.

Recipe (Serves 4):
Ingredients
• 1 ½ lbs ground turkey
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 Tbsp taco seasoning + ¼ cup water
• 8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 ½ cups black beans, rinsed
• 1 cup corn kernels
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 avocado, sliced
• ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ¼ cup chopped cilantro
• 1 lime, cut into wedges
Dressing
• ¼ cup Greek yogurt
• 2 Tbsp lime juice
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp honey or agave
• ½ tsp cumin
• Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Cook onion and garlic in oil, then add turkey until browned. Stir in taco seasoning + water; simmer 2–3 minutes.
2. Mix dressing ingredients until smooth.
3. In a bowl, layer lettuce, tomatoes, beans, corn, and bell pepper. Top with turkey, avocado, cheese, and cilantro.
4. Drizzle with dressing, garnish with lime wedges, and serve.
