Our entry for the SATO48 2019 film challenge. Clouds of Clarity is the story of Annie, who "wakes" up to find herself in the state of uncertainty. With a little help from the man in the moon and a special tree, Annie sets out to change her fate before it's too late... But will she?

SATO48 is a filmmakers challenge in which participants must create a 5 minute or less short film in under 48 hours, while following a specific structure ( inspiration package ) presented to all filmmaking teams at the SATO kickoff. The Inspiration Package this year being as follows:

OVERALL STRUCTURE:
1. At three turning points in your screen story, your prop must be paired with three different actions.
2. Each action must be used at least once.
3. The three action/prop pairings can occur in any ORDER

THE THREE TURNING POINTS:

. Within the 1st Minute
. In the Middle
. Within the Last Minute

THE THREE ACTIONS (in no particular order)

. Immersed in a liquid, other than water
. Outlined on a surface, but not paper
. Manipulated to make sound, musical in nature

THE PROP:
An object of great personal value to your MAIN CHARACTER - Made of wood or glass
