Darin (Master Distiller and Master Blender) & Bethany Dillow are the founding partners of this brand and currently live on the property that the distillery is being built. It's a cattle farm that dates back to the late 1800's in Georgetown Kentucky. The Dillow’s along with brothers Tim and Greg Couch (Yes Hall of Fame NFL Quarterback) are joined by Bobby Sturgeon. LF Heritage Distilling (Limestone Farms) has been featured on The Bourbon Road podcast and was this year's title sponsor for Bourbon on the Banks October 5, 2024. When fully completed, Limestone Farms will be the 2nd largest pot still distillery in the United States with four 2,500 gallon pot stills, right behind Woodford. We will have a hotel on site as well as a 4,000-seat amphitheater as well as housing. That date for full completion is projected in 2027. The investors are sparing no expense. We currently make blended bourbon using only Kentucky juice. We consider our Private Stock to be in the Ultra-Premium category and will put it against anything in the market you can find on shelves.
