Hey what's going on everyone! Happy hump day. Let me tell you, this week has been dragging on. But anyways, let's discuss what I'm making. So Meg & Rose both had been bugging me to make them some donuts and I can't say no, so I decided to make some simple yeasted donuts with simple glaze. I love making donuts because 1) they're donuts! enough said, and 2) they're so easy to make. Besides making the glazed donuts, I also decided to dunk some of them in Fruity Pebbles just to mix it up and they were super tasty!

Ingredients:
-1 cup lukewarm whole milk
-2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
-1/3 cup white granulated sugar
-1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
-2 large room temp eggs
-1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
-4 cups all purpose flour
-vegetable oil for frying

Glaze Ingredients:
-3 cups powdered sugar
-1 tsp vanilla extract or paste
-4 1/2 tbsp whole milk
-fruity pebbles if you want
