*[Audience erupts in barks and howls of approval.]*

*SIR BARKINGTON:* Now, let me tell you, folks, this isn’t just any prison. No, no! This is a FREEDOM prison! A place where we can keep those whining cats quiet! Because let’s face it, folks, they’ve been meowing and complaining for far too long! #MakeBeldingGreatAgain

*[CATS look horrified, eyes wide with disbelief.]*

They want to complain? Well, guess what? They’ll be doing it from behind bars—duct taped silent! #SilenceTheMeows

*[The CATS squirm uncomfortably in their seats.]*

*SIR BARKINGTON:* (leaning into the microphone) And let’s talk about cleanliness, folks. We need clean streets—streets free from cat hair and litter. We need a beautiful town that smells like success—not like catnip and regret! #CleanStreetsForDogs

*[He raises a paw dramatically.]*

*SIR BARKINGTON:* So here’s the deal: we build this *Freedom Prison*, and we teach those cats a lesson they won’t forget! They’ll learn how to be good little citizens—dog-friendly citizens! And if they don’t like it? Tough luck! Because we’re taking action now! #ActionNotWords

*SIR BARKINGTON:* (pointing at the CATS) Look at them over there—bound and gagged! They thought they could just whine their way through life without consequences. But NO MORE! We’re standing up for ourselves, folks. We’re making a statement! #NoMoreWhining

*[He pauses for dramatic effect, looking around at the crowd.]*

*SIR BARKINGTON:* So let’s vote for this motion today! Let’s show everyone that Belding Town is a dog town—a town where we can poop freely and live without cat complaints hanging over our heads! Together, we will make Belding great again—one bark at a time! #VoteForFreedomPrison
