Brian Reilly explains to Conor Horgan the story behind the setting up of Right2Homes and what they hope to achieve with their legal challenge against the Irish government and the (unconstitutional) retroactive Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2013.

Up to half a million men women and children are at risk of becoming needlessly homeless as banks begin to use this legislation as rising property values make repossession more lucrative for them. We believe this legal action will cause the courts to put bank repossessions in limbo until it is resolved, thus forcing banks into negotiation with homeowners.
