DIY Wednesday time!

Let’s eliminate one more toxic household product by making our own #diydishsoap with the cleaning power of essential oils!

Recipe courtesy of One Essential Community.

Ingredients: 1 cup Sals Suds, 1 cup distilled water (or boiled & cooled filtered water), 1 teaspoon baking soda, 12 drops dōTERRA Lavender oil, and 8 drops dōTERRA Rosemary oil.

Directions: In glass bowl or glass mason jar, add sals suds, water, baking soda and essential oils. Use whisk to mix until baking soda is dissolved. Store in a glass jar with pump.

How to Use: Add 1-2 pumps of dish soap to sink. Fill sink about halfway full with hot water and add dishes. If dishes are especially greasy or have some stuck-on food, let them soak for a few minutes before scrubbing. Wash as normal, rinse with water and dry.
