Hellllooooooooooo and welcome back reviewing some MyProtein Bars including their collaboration with the wonderful the amazing Hotel Chocolat.
I also managed to get a sample/single bar of the new easter egg flavour.
I wanted to try protein bars and snacks that are easy to have on hand or to curb a craving and top up your protein and calories on a day were we may have not hit the goal macro of the day.
Since I have been reviewing snacks like this I have been measuring my favourite bars I have tested and having a variety of flavours and textures and cutting them into cubes and having them in a sistema lidded container for snacks which I get from amazon, kind of tricking my brain that I have eaten more than I have etc.
