A1.) (Leg) Boss Damage, (Unq) Abnormal Status Dmg, (Unq) Atk or Buff Duration

Q2.) Cooldown hat?
A2.) Regular Server, no. Reboot, ONLY for training. It's to have Maha's Carnage up for each spawn wave, but you need -4. IMO, not worth.

Drain can be used in ALL bosses. Part 2 Will and all of Vhilla's fight can be used too, ONLY after you've used Moonlight and Cleansed in their respective fights
