What Kind of Metronome Should I Buy?

My Seiko is a Seiko Quartz Metronome model SQ44. The newer model is a Seiko Quartz Metronome model SQ50-V. Both of these models have tempo ranges on the dial. For example, it says Adagio, Allegro and Presto.
